The day after his wedding, Dom Juan is nowhere to be found. Accused of flight and treason by Dona Elvire's family, a manhunt begins. Sganarelle, Dom Juan's best friend and servant, tries to reason with him during their journey to save him from certain death, but to no avail. Dom Juan is already looking for a new heart to seduce...
In this epic, is Dom Juan trying to deviate from religion or provoke divine punishment? The two friends
will meet a number of characters who may provide some answers on their journey.
In this modern, family-friendly adaptation, faithful to the author's text but condensed, free from the constraints of the classic, Molière rubs shoulders with rap and youth, in a ghetto atmosphere borrowing its references from
contemporary culture. Improv, rap and the energy of French youth, who find their identitý in urban codes, are at the heart of the staging.
