It's a beautiful thing, this female friendship, this sisterhood that has taken four girlfriends since childhood to a chalet in the snow every winter for years. It's a chance to have a laugh, to let off steam, to say bad things (or good things) about men, or to eat raclette without thinking about the potential kilos...
This annual get-together of girlfriends will continue this year despite the absence of one of the girls. We try to keep up the good humour, even though we know it won't be like before. But while the comedy is light and airy, there's a hint of drama in the air. Written as a comedy by Tadrina Hocking (a regular at the Espace Molière) and Sandra Colombo, and directed as a comedy by Christophe Luthringer, this play about violence against women takes a non-dramatic but effective look at a subject that is all too often at the forefront of the news.
