Spectacle "Fous" avec le Théâtre Edwige Feuillère
"Happy are those who are cracked, for they let the light shine through. Michel Audiard
In the summer of 2023, Patrick Ingueneau composed and conducted Symphonie pour klaxons et essuie-glaces (Symphony for horns and windscreen wipers), a unique participatory concert for nine cars, performed by a group of local residents. He's harmless, but he flirts with the uncharted territory of madness, its disturbing sweetness, its wonder, its euphoric drifts. He writes, plays and sings, says, whispers and cries out. Playing both piano and percussion, multi-instrumentalist poet, singer and taming the humanities of others, patching up people's broken pieces, Patrick Ingueneau now invites audiences into a free cabaret. It's an open-air cellar or a refuge for those who have lost touch with life. Here, mischief becomes first aid. In the villages of Haute-Saône, after several "labs" or meetings with the audience, his "almost recital" shakes up the notion of normality, happily cracked by the great and the small.
