This family estate, located in the heart of the village of Chablis, covers 7 hectares and welcomes you to its vaulted cellars.
Thierry Laffay has been running the estate since 1978, and passed it on to his two daughters, Mélanie and Maïlys, in 2024.
As Vignerons Indépendants, all the work, from the vines to marketing, is carried out with respect for tradition.
The estate's wines retain all the typicity of the terroir and the vintage.
