Jam'n'Dance is an invitation to let go and be creative through music and movement. The idea is to come together, using our bodies, voices and instruments to express our inner child. Playing the present moment together. For an evening or a weekend.

---Ecstatic Dance---

Ecstatic Dances" are time slots lasting around two hours, with DJ or live music, inviting participants to deepen their awareness and dance freely, without judgement, drugs, alcohol, words or shoes!

An introduction will guide the first steps in this dance whose form and boundaries are born from the experience of the dancers. "Dance as if no one were watching! "

---Jam Session

Jam Sessions are spaces for spontaneous creation in sound and music. Open to novices, amateurs and professionals. The invitation is freedom of expression and co-creation. So bring your instruments and your voices, or try out the instruments we have available.

The qualities we're looking for are listening to each other and to our own sounds. Playing together, meeting people, sharing and discovering are the experiences on offer.

-Contact dance

Contact Impro or "Contact Dance" is a free dance practised by two, three or more people, but also "alone" with gravity and the floor.

This somatic practice is a constant, sensory creation, sometimes acrobatic, but with no pre-established form.

The session begins with an introduction exploring the basic principles: exchanging weight, points of contact, connecting to others through our centre of gravity, lifts, falls, followed by a jam to integrate these propositions into our dances.

-Friday and Saturday EVENING We invite you to sample the preparations of the "Cuisine d'Abondance" (snacks/hot drinks) or to bring your own preparations for the shared buffets (or for yourself).

-On Saturday we will be offering a Brunch from 10€. (bring your snacks if you need them)

-On Sunday, a breakfast for 7€ for those staying overnight.

Semi-outdoor dormitory (not insulated - bring your duvet) : Free price

-Indoor dormitory: €15

-We will have families on holiday in the rooms, but a few places may still be available.
