In a little corner of paradise in Fougerolles, your taste buds will be delighted to sample artisanal ice cream, including the unmissable Plombières ice cream. You'll also find brandies distilled on the farm.

Patricia transforms the organic milk from her cows into ice cream! The ice creams, 100% home-made, are a treat for the palate: Morello cherries (from Fougerolles, of course), Plombières (a Vosges speciality), mirabelle plum, blackcurrant, salted butter caramel, strawberry, wild blueberry, vanilla, nougat, melon, apricot...
