The Distillerie Paul Devoille produces a wide range of eaux de vie, liqueurs, absinthes, crèmes, apéritifs, gins, fruits à la liqueur, pastis, aperitifs and more. The company relies on traditional, ancestral know-how combined with modern, high-performance equipment. Its products regularly win awards in national and international competitions.

A must for the whole family: the Jardin Secret de la Fée Verte (Secret Garden of the Green Fairy) featuring the plants used to make absinthe and its chalot. Sheltered tables and benches for picnics. Admission free.
