Vignoble Pellerin

The entire estate is certified biodynamic by Demeter. The vinification is done without adding sulphites, in a natural way. The range of wines offered is quite vast: whites, reds, rosé, sparkling whites in traditional methods, sparkling rosé in ancestral method and a Pet' Nat rosé 100% Mondeuse.

The grape varieties are Gamay, Pinot Noir, Mondeuse, Persan, Durif, Chatus, Etraire de la Dhuy and Merlot for the reds and Altesse, Aligoté, Chardonnay, Viognier, Roussanne, Sauvignon, Savagnin, Mondeuse Blanche and Petite Sainte Marie for the whites.
