Vaudoisey Michel - La cave aux oiseaux

I am a winemaker in Volnay and Pommard as well as being a qualified amateur breeder of exotic birds. My cellar is named La Cave aux Oiseaux as tastings are enjoyed in the presence of the birds I have bred in their aviary inside the cellar.
