Sur les pistes du printemps BIO

This year, the GAB70 is repeating its "On the Organic Spring Trail" event in the north-east of the Haute-Saône département. Join us on Sunday 16 June 2024 to discover the three participating farms:

- La Grosse Grange in Raddon: Aurélien GRAS and Stella ABATE: market gardening, pork, suckler cows.

- GAEC LEMERCIER à la Communaille, Fougerolles - Nicolas and Mathieu Lemercier: dairy cattle and cherry trees.

- GAEC Aubry - Pascal and Patricia Aubry, au Grand Fays, Fougerolles: milk, farm ice cream and kirsch.

Organised by the Groupement des agriculteurs bio de Haute-Saône.

A HOST OF EVENTS:
-Farm visits,
-Refreshments and organic and local food,
-Discovery of the still,
-Listening to and observing birds,
Old-fashioned bread-making,
-Exhibition of cherry harvesting equipment,
-Milk bar and cow milking,
-Signposted trail,
-Tastings,
-Farmers' market and local crafts,
-Horse or donkey rides,
-Conference.

If they wish, participants can follow the FARM TO FARM ROUTE on horseback or by bike along a signposted trail some 30 kilometres long (400 + D). (mainly on country roads)

There are a number of issues at stake: promoting local organic produce, communicating about the realities and day-to-day workings of the farming profession, promoting direct sales and organic farming in general...
