Olivier Manuel

Passionate about wine, Manuel OLIVIER has followed an atypical path, starting with a few hectares of vines in 1990 while growing berries. Today, he manages more than 15 hectares of vineyards in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits, Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. Since 2019, the estate has been actively involved in the renaissance of the Dijon vineyards and the development of a new AOC "Bourgogne Dijon".
