Lycée Agricole et Viticole

As part of the Lycée Agricole et Viticole in Cosne sur Loire, the Domaine des Athénées operates a seven-hectare wine estate. In collaboration with the students, we work with the Gamay, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon varietals.
We produce the Coteaux du Giennois and Sancerre AOCs, along with high-quality sparkling wines produced according to la méthode traditionnelle.
You can also explore the Cuvées des Élèves, limited edition gems produced entirely by the students, with profits going to their student association.
