Jobard Bourland

This estate is one of the smallest in Mercurey, comprising just 1.8 hectares. Some 0.3 hectares are planted with Chardonnay to produce an exclusive white wine, while the rest is dedicated to Pinot Noir for the production of our La Bondue Premier Cru. The Climat of La Bondue has a clay-limestone soil resulting in a subtle balance, with a bouquet of red fruits that emerges upon tasting. The grapes are picked by hand and vinified in wooden vats, the wine ages for around 18 months in oak before bottling.
