Domaine des chers

Born in 1956, the Domaine des Chers covers 4 hectares of Juliénas and 1 hectare of Saint Amour, concentrated on the most beautiful parcels of the cru, facing south and located on the Beaujolais wine route. The small size of the land allows a reasoned culture and a particular care to our vines, appropriate to the production of great and very good red wines. Our old vines, aged between 40 and 100 years, are without doubt our best oenological asset. In the end, an optimal yield of 50 hl enhances the richness of the Domaine des Chers wines. We produce 25,000 bottles per year, sold to individuals, restaurants, wine shops and for export. For all these steps, we adhere to the charter of the independent winegrower.
