Cinier Sophie

A human-scale estate with 2.5 hectares of vines, located in the historic birthplace of the Pouilly-Fuissé AOC, we work with respect for our terroirs and mature our wines with patience and passion, with the aim of ensuring that they reflect their terroir of origin and the vintage in which they were made.
We use no chemical inputs in our vineyards (copper and sulphur treatments, tillage) and no inputs other than sulphites for our wines when they are matured. They are vinified and matured either in stainless steel vats or in oak barrels.
