After a professional career devoted to the hotel and restaurant industry, and before I take retirement, my love of our Terroirs and the wines they produce led me to develop a vinification business from my home in the heart of the wonderful village of Fixin. It is my pleasure to share my passion with you whilst tasting my wines, in the cellar specially used for this effect.
