Sallet Raphael

From a family of wine-growers for several generations, Raphaël began to work with his father in 1983, delivering the wine production to the cooperative cellar. Raphaël soon decided he wanted to go further and produce his own wine. He created his own estate in 1986. Today it comprises 26 hectares of Chardonnay vines on the clay-limestone hillsides of Uchizy and Chardonnay, 2 charming villages in the Mâconnais. The estate produces wines which are characteristic of the appellation, combining freshness and roundness.
