Bader-Mimeur
Since 1919, the Bader-Mimeur family has been making wines at the Domaine du Château de Chassagne-Montrachet. The fifth generation now owns and manages eight hectares of vines, 98% of which are the historic vines of the Château de Chassagne-Montrachet, along with other vines in Saint-Aubin Premier Cru and régionale Bourgogne AOCs. We offer tours of our 19th-century cellars along with tastings of our wines, by appointment only.
