Domaine Didier Amiot is a family-run wine estate located in Morey-Saint-Denis, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits in Burgundy. The estate run by Didier Amiot and his wife Hélène covers 3.3 hectares of vines, mainly planted with Pinot Noir, in the prestigious villages of Morey-Saint-Denis and Gevrey-Chambertin.
Didier and Hélène AMIOT cultivate their vines organically, respecting the natural cycles of the vine and using no synthetic products. On a human scale, their estate combines traditional know-how with a modern outlook. Didier and Hélène Amiot's wines are distinguished by their freshness, balance, silky texture and ability to reflect the uniqueness of each parcel.
