La cave du Buizin

In Vaux-en-Bugey, Maud and Sébastien's stronghold, the vines are steep, non-mechanisable, and planted with dozens of different grape varieties, both white and red. They are sometimes framed by espaliered vegetable gardens or decorated with vineyard sheds called "grangeons". As was often the case in the past, the vines are accompanied by peach, currant and fig trees. The flowers and herbs grow freely between the rows. Maud and Sébastien will share with you their knowledge, learned from their training with the elders.
