In the estate's vaulted cellar, which dates from 1663, you can taste deliciously lip-smacking Chiroubles, Fleurie, reputed to be the most feminine of the Beaujolais Crus, Moulin à Vent, the lord of the Crus and fresh, supple Beaujolais Villages of the year.
