Château Favray
Located in the commune of Saint-Martin-sur-Nohain, the estate welcomes you on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm. You can also visit the estate on Wednesdays and Saturdays by appointment.
Whether you're a couple or a group (up to 15 people), wine tasting is possible! You can also book a cellar tour or a walk through the vines.
Please note that the estate is closed on Sundays.
As a general rule, it's always best to call ahead to make sure the winemaker can accommodate you!
The first vines were planted in 1981 by Quentin, and in 2017 he was joined by his son, Augustin. Today, Augustin runs the 19-hectare estate with his wife Sophie. One of the estate's terroirs, the Tonnerre limestone, is the rarest and oldest in the Pouilly Fumé appellation, which makes their wines unique.
