Château du Val de Mercy

The 30-hectare vineyard is divided between the Chablis area (22 hectares) and the Auxerrois area (8 hectares). The estate produces Chablis 1er Cru Côte de Jouan and Les Beauregards, Chablis, Petit-Chablis, Bourgogne Chitry Blanc and Rouge, Bourgogne Coulanges Rouge, Bourgogne Rouge, Saint Bris and Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc and Rosé.
The estate is also located in the Côte de Beaune. On this site, the estate produces AOP wines from Pommard, Auxey-Duresses Rouge, Volnay, Savigny-lès-Beaune Rouge and Chorey-lès-Beaune Rouge.
