The thermal baths & the thermal park

The building? An imposing 18th century building made of pink Vosges sandstone.
Classified as a "Historical Monument" by Prosper Mérimée, the architecture is similar to that of Claude-Nicolas Ledoux.
A few metres under your feet are the ruins of the ancient city of "Luxovium" … At the entrance hall to the spa you can admire
two fine mosaic pools.
Can you resist the temptation of taking a dip in water at 34ºC? The benefits of Luxeuil’s thermal springs have been acknowledged for nearly two millenniums. Under your feet, 18 springs of which 2 provide an important daily inflow for the bath. Owned by the Chaîne Thermale du Soleil since 1998, the spa is a centre for treatment (rheumatology – phlebology - gynaecology) and fitness.
